Wish I Was Sleeping

Rather than being awake, I have this state of jittery uncomfortableness

I think there's something wrong with my ear in the way that a bee sting can be something wrong

And so I'm still awake because, well I wanted to finish the book (all love to Terry Pratchett), and I'm still still awake because my ear is puffy, itchy, red, and pressure sensitive. I've taken a couple antihistamines. Hopefully this will not only make it easier to breathe (post nasal drip is rather inhibiting in that area), but also make my ear feel better. The happy side-effect of antihistamines being sedation. Unless you take any variety of sudafed; that's just wakey-wakey medicine.

Here's to the cocoa.
Here's to the continues expansion of my vocabulary!
Here's to bloody coming up with a present for Alex that isn't for the baby!
Here's to deciding something about medication, travel, and sanity.
But mostly here's to the cocoa.

Knock it back boys, pussies don't drink.
