Combative Man Climbs and Descends AVPU Scale
Grandpa has regained enough control of his left arm to be able to rip out the IV feed tube inserted into his right shoulder. Please note that this thing goes all the way to his heart. I think it likely that he will kill himself with one of these stupid moves when the nurses aren't looking.
The time I was there and talked to him he kept raising his arm and asking you to take the IV (just a saline-glucose one) out. He would ask you to untie him though he wasn't tied down. He would try to get out of bed because he wanted to go home, or to the bathroom, or something else absurd. He fiddles with his catheter, trying to take it out.
Oh joy, now they have to restrain him.
