Any fandom-related posts will remain unlocked, but anything personal will now be only viewable by people whom I consider friends. If you want to be added to that list - and trust me, I understand if you don't, I can be hard work... - please comment on this post!
I do have a Twitter account and a Facebook account. I have chosen not to associate either of those with my LJ. Please abide by my decisions and do not cross link any of my non-public posts or commnets.
Here for fic and/or graphics? All of them are posted over at fandomsbitca - feel free to watch the comm! I'm also in the process of uploading my fics to Archive Of Our Own
As you know, I'm moving soon and have encountered some unexpectedly high costs. Coupled with the fact the tables for ComicCon Glasgow go on sale today, and because people have suggested I do this, I'm putting up a PayPal donation request. I need to raise about £500 and, if I get to ComicCon, should be able to pay most of it back by the end of September.
Please don't feel obligated, but if you can, it is much appreciated. (and it will be paid back, I promise.)
I was hacked the other day and in the process of fixing the problem and making sure nothing dodgy was happening I had to change multiple passwords. Which then led to none of the fic databases being able to connect because I totally forgot to go in and change them there...
Thank you so much to aadler for getting in touch and letting me know they were down.
They should be fixed now and back up and running - if anyone can't access anything please do let me know asap so I can fix 'em!
Don't believe that your vote won't make a difference, it does. Even if it doesn't change the status quo in your constituency this time, your voice will be heard.
This was always going to be a close one, but with 97% of the population of the nation registered to vote in this referendum every. single. vote. is going to count.
So last week velvetwhip messaged me asking if the WKA winners had ever been announced, to which my immediate was of course they had. Only it turns out they hadn't because even though I'd uploaded the banners that was all I had done. So I coded up the site and... Forgot. Again.
