**Stage 1: Initial Online Pre-Application
- The pre-application is free and available on our website during published admission dates.
- All relevant information must be completed fully, and a recent school report must be attached (translated if not in English). Applications without a report will be automatically rejected.
- For Nursery, application without Nursery report will not be given priority.
- A Qatar Residence Permit (QID) is not required to apply but must be submitted prior to the student’s actual start date.
Registration deadlines are as follows:
- 28 February:For all local students following the British curriculum.
- 31 January:For local students transferring from a different curriculum, provided they have completed Term 1 of their required year group.
- 28 May 2026:For overseas students transferring from the British system, provided they have completed the preceding term(s). Attestation of their most recent term report is mandatory.
Priority for review is given to students with:
- Current siblings in the school, conditional on meeting the school’s admission criteria.
- Students with a strong foundation in English.
- Outstanding previous school reports.
- A gender that helps maintain balance in specific year groups.
Additional Required Documents (if applicable):
- ‘Fit for School’ Certificate: Mandatory for all new students joining FS1, FS2, and Year 1, as well as all new international students of any age arriving in Qatar. It must be obtained from the Primary Health Care Corporation only.
- Attestation of School Reports: Required for overseas students (except Early Years) for their most recent report. Reports must be attested by the school, the Ministry of Education in the country of study, the Qatari Embassy there, and finally the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Doha.
**Stage 2: Shortlisting & Assessments
- The Entry Assessment is designed to select students of above average ability. All students must meet entry requirements.
- Applicants are shortlisted based on admission priorities and an additional review of motivation, attendance, and performance.
- Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email to complete the full online application.
- Assessment Fee: QR 214 (non-refundable) for Primary and Secondary shortlisted students. No fee for Early Years.
- Assessments are scheduled by appointment and vary by age group (readiness tests for Early Years, English/Maths for Primary, CATs and writing for Secondary).
- Successful Secondary assessment candidates will have a final interview.
**Stage 3: Offer & Guaranteeing a Place
- Following the assessment process, the Admissions Team will communicate the outcome to parents.
- If a place is offered, parents must pay a non-refundable Registration Fee of QR 3,213 and a non-refundable deposit of QR 2,000 (deductible from term fees) to secure the place.
- A bank cheque for the total term fees is also requested as an enrolment guarantee.
Key Policies:
- Refund Policy: Tuition refunds are pro-rated based on attendance within a term. No refund is given after attending 50% or more of the term. Specific conditions apply for deposit refunds (e.g., formal dismissal, leaving the country due to terminated employment).
- Review: This policy is reviewed by key stakeholders prior to each admissions cycle and may be updated if necessary.
