World Theatre Day
World Theater Day (27.3.) has been celebrated since the early 1960s and was established by the International Theater Institute. Its aim is to highlight the importance of theater for culture and society. Various theater events are organized to mark the occasion.

Today we are featuring an online information and journalism portal about the contemporary Czech theater scene, which includes reviews, news briefs, interviews, blogs, polls, premiere calendars, and other materials covering theater events across the Czech Republic. The site also offers editorial and user reviews.
The second source we selected is an online presentation of the Czech theatrical avant-garde from the first half of the 20th century. Today, this website can only be found in the archives.
