For example in "confirm cluster delete" the "Remove" button is highlighted, but hitting enter doesn't submit it (however, esc does close it)

Can you provide some more info on os and build @matti and confirm that this is still an issue?
Just a ran a test on deleting a cluster, I see that "Remove" is highlighted and hitting enter does confirm it and closes the window.
I ran this using the latest master branch with make dev on Ubuntu.

I also ran this using the latest master branch with make dev but on Mac/OSX and it works fine.
