Just including a few sentences about the Jupyter extension in our README.

@luabud shouldn't we just remove the entire Jupyter section and just say we integrate with the Jupyter extension and to go there for more details? Otherwise trying to keep the GIFs, text, etc. synced with their changes seems like just asking for trouble.

@brettcannon we don't have a lot about Jupyter in the README, just a simple explanation as to how create a new file. I don't foresee an overhead of changing it due to changes in the Jupyter extension. If that shows up again, we can remove it but I'd still prefer to keep the info in our README to improve discoverability. Thoughts?

@luabud I leave it to you to make sure the GIF is accurate going forward. 😉
