Simply login to Retrace, go to Account Settings page and choose Upgrade Subscription. If someone else will be upgrading your account, you must add them as a user first.
If you haven’t started a trial yet, sign up to start a 14-day free trial.
When your trial ends, your account will be deactivated and all your data removed from our servers. If you want to continue your trial, please contact us at [email protected].
It’s not hard and we have resources to help. Our documentation can guide you through the process. If you have issues or questions along the way, our Support team is happy to help.

Some months you just need more data. Our plans are flexible so you can increase background and web service transactions as your needs change. We’ll ensure you’re getting the best deal by charging for the next pricing tier or additional traces at $1.50 per 10,000 and additional logs at $0.025 per 10,000, whichever option makes most sense for your use case.
Additional traces and logs are automatically billed unless you have a significant additional need in which case you can contact us for “custom” plans at [email protected].

Retrace works with Docker & Kubernetes (K8s) & AWS ECS (Elastic Container Service). We support Fargate (serverless containers) and Linux containers on EC2 Instances. Soon we will also support Windows containers on EC2 Instances.
