The EPIC Awards Ceremony will be held in the afternoon on Friday, October 25th, 2019 in Target Plaza Commons. To nominate someone, please complete the Official EPIC Nomination form. If you are nominating yourself, you need to provide a letter of recommendation from someone else when you submit your nomination form. If you are nominating someone else, your nomination serves as the letter of recommendation. The nominee will be emailed to complete her portion of the nomination form.
