The Digital Marketing Manager is vital to Stackify’s success, managing not only the the face of our company by owning our website, but also enabling high lead volumes and helping drive these down the funnel to drive revenue growth.
As the Digital Marketing Manager you have a passion for technology and enjoy planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, paid social and display advertising that drive quality demand. You’re analytical and enjoy measuring and reporting on the performance of all the digital marketing campaigns and optimizing them. You enjoy wearing many hats as part of a startup environment and enjoy a dynamic environment.
You will own the lead management process, ensuring that we have clear sightlines on ideal prospects, effective qualification and hand-off to sales, and support for sales engagements to ensure successful progression of a lead through the funnel.
Primary Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, retargeting, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Own the Stackify website, ensuring optimization for demand generation and taking SEO best practices into account
- Responsible for any paid lead programs and referral websites
- Develop and maintain account based marketing strategy for driving high target prospects through the buyer journey
- Work closely with rest of the marketing team, sales and support
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies
What You Will Bring to Stackify:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and drive down the funnel
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WordPress, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools and retargeting methodologies
- A solid understanding of account based marketing strategies
- Experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Experience with account based marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Manage priorities and timelines effectively to meet critical deadlines
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Experience with Hubspot is a plus
- Experience with paid lead programs is a plus
