Stackify is searching for a Demand Generation Manager to lead and execute our demand generation programs, working closely with product engineering, sales, and customer success teams to help fuel our already strong growth.
You will own the lead management process, ensuring that we have clear sightlines on ideal prospects, effective qualification and hand-off to sales, and support for sales engagements to ensure successful progression of a lead through the funnel.
Primary Responsibilities
- Development and refinement of ideal customer and persona profiles and the narratives and collateral that resonate for them
- Design, execute and optimize lead generation campaigns that produce qualified leads and contribute to the organization’s sales targets
- Collaborate on our brand’s competitive positioning and messaging
- Create a close partnership with the sales team to ensure maximum close rates and improve messaging throughout the customer journey
- Ensure that all marketing activities are optimized for awareness and lead generation opportunities
- Manage a small internal team and coordinate activities of consultant contributors
What You Will Bring to Stackify:
- 3+ years experience in a B2B marketing capacity, with SaaS experience a plus
- Ability to successfully initiate, manage, measure and improve demand generation & customer acquisition activities in a B2B environment
- Thorough understanding of marketing tools and technologies including marketing automation, email marketing, online events/webinars, content marketing, search optimization (SEO), and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and methods

Stackify is seeking high-energy, intelligent, revenue-driven sales and business development individuals who want to get in with a high growth company out of Kansas City. The primary objective of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be to research and identify target companies, and then spend time on the phone with them qualifying and setting an appointment for the Account Executives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Make purposeful, daily outbound calls and send targeted emails to prospects to initiate and nurture meaningful business relationships and to uncover new opportunities
- Coordinate efforts with the Account Executive team on a weekly basis
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Stackify solutions, industry trends and competition
- Be able to successfully work in Hubspot as the database of record for all activities as well as manage weekly reporting on progress
- Conduct pre-call research to gather company and contact intelligence
- Consistently meet goals for lead qualification and new opportunity creation
- Work closely with the marketing department to support marketing campaign efforts in conjunction with your own sourcing of leads
- Contact, qualify and manage inbound web site leads
- Work with Sales Leadership and other critical company resources to meet or exceed company revenue goals
