About the role
This role is for developers who enjoy thinking beyond isolated code tasks. You will contribute to plugins that need clean architecture, reliable functionality, secure integrations, and long-term maintainability. We value engineers who can understand the WordPress ecosystem deeply and turn requirements into solid products without overengineering.
You should be comfortable working with WordPress hooks, database interactions, admin interfaces, API integrations, and release-quality code. Strong debugging habits, practical communication, and respect for coding standards matter here as much as raw speed.

Key responsibilities
- Develop new WordPress plugins from planning through deployment
- Maintain and enhance existing plugins with updates, fixes, and improvements
- Integrate plugin logic with themes, APIs, and external platforms where required
- Debug compatibility issues and ensure stable behavior across WordPress environments
- Write maintainable PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for plugin-related features
- Contribute to code reviews, release readiness, and product quality standards
What we are looking for
- Strong fundamentals in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Understanding of WordPress plugin architecture, hooks, settings, and admin flows
- Comfort with MySQL and data handling inside WordPress applications
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows and collaborative development practices
- Good debugging instincts, code quality discipline, and problem-solving ability
- A portfolio, sample work, or clear evidence of hands-on WordPress development is a plus
