Driven by a thirst for exploration and artistic growth, Thais's dance odyssey began at the tender age of three, as she embarked on their classical ballet training. With grace and determination, Thais honed her skills, laying the foundation for a lifelong passion for movement and expression.As their artistic journey unfolded, our director ventured into various dance genres, exploring the realms of commercial dance, contemporary styles, and the vibrant rhythms of Brazilian regional dance. This diverse exposure enriched her dance vocabulary and nurtured her versatility as a performer.However, it was the allure of belly dance and fusion styles that truly captivated her heart and soul. For the past decade, she immersed herself in the study of belly dance and fusion techniques, delving deep into the intricacies of this mesmerizing art form. Thais completed a Teacher Training in Fusion Belly Dance (known by Tribal Fusion Belly Dance), Complimented her studies with Raks Sharki, Datura Style and FCBD® and was highly influenced by Jamilla Salimpour, John Compton, Masha Archer, Mardi Love , Rachel Brice, Zoe Jakes Dance Craft, Olga Meos and others, With an unwavering dedication to their craft, seeking inspiration from both traditional and contemporary influences.

ECHO SYSTEM is a deep dive into how movement can echo, repeat, and transform over time — training rhythmical memory, temporal sensitivity, and phrasing rooted in sensation.<h3>Focus: 3 Hours Intensive</h3><ul><li>Exploring how movement echoes in the body.</li><li>Understanding simple temporal structures like reverb, delay, and loop</li><li>Building physical memory through repetition and variation</li><li>Finding phrasing through listening, echoing, and layering movement</li></ul>WHO CAN PARTICIPATE ?This Method and Dance Experience is open to ALL BODIES, ALL LEVELS, simply by the willing to move and explore your body and dance exploration in a very very different way.A little bit about me:My name is Thais, I am a Brazilian Dancer and Choreographer living in Brisbane for the past 8 years, and I've been dancing pretty much all my life. With Background in Classical Ballet, Contemporary and urban dances, I've travelled to very distinct styles and perspectives like underwater dance, and during my development as a dancer I could say those experiences turned myself a versatile and collaborative artist. From Afro Brazilian to Flamenco, Folk Dance, then Belly Dance styles till I landed in the arms of the serpentine studies in Tribal Fusion Belly Dance, which made me deeply understand about the layers of muscle isolations and Micro movements for the past 14 years which was the cherry on the top, also aligned with calistenics, nutrition and good health &amp; injury prevention for dancers. Nowadays, apart of running Major Dance Events in Brisbane in Fusion Styles and trainning teenagers for University Applications in Musical Theatre or Dance Degrees Auditions, I've launched my own method, aiming to support bodies to move better, and because I am also involved with Music, not only as a Dj, but learning over the years inside studios, how patterns in the body can sound like music production softwares, and change completely how we SEE THE DANCE. Mainly, not following steps or rhytms only, but becoming them. And theres is what I call FLOW, really starts.SEE YOU IN THE OTHER SIDE. LIMITED SPOTS. SAFE ENVIRONMENT.
