Foxin Service Warranty Policy
This document defines the warranty terms, limitations, and service procedures applicable to FOXIN products sold in India.
Limited Product Warranty Liability
- Our liability is limited to the repair, refund, or replacement of products found to be defective under specified normal use. All other liabilities, special consequential losses/damages, and warranties not explicitly stated herein, expressed or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.
- Warranty will be void if the product is physically damaged, broken, subjected to electrical overload stress/track cuts, has pin bends on PCBs or Motherboards, mishandled, improperly installed, burnt out, out of warranty, or if serial numbers are tampered with.
- Obsolete items will be replaced with new capacity equivalents against the difference in cost as determined by us.
- Our liability towards the customer is strictly limited to the cost of the product sold, as covered under our respective invoice. We are not liable for any incidental and/or consequential damages claimed by the customer. We shall not be liable for any third-party claims arising out of invoiced goods, and the customer shall indemnify BSL from such claims.
- We reserve the right to reject any material received for warranty without the manufacturer's original packaging.
- Customers must approach the designated BSL Branch for all products covered under the manufacturerβs standard warranty.
BSL shall not be liable for any losses, injuries, damages, or adverse effects resulting directly or indirectly from:
- The use of products not conforming to the prescribed use by the company.
- The use of products outside normal conditions recognized by users of similar products, regardless of whether such conditions are expressly excluded in our technical data.
- The addition of other materials to the products by the purchaser or any third party.
- The failure of the products to comply with any express or implied warranties of the purchaser to any third party
Warranty Policy
- Warranty is valid in India only for BSL Direct End Customers / BSL Partners / BSL Other Customers (Sr. No Tracking process in Navision).
- Customers are responsible for bringing and collecting the product from our Branch Service Centers or ASPs at their own cost. We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims if the warranty card or proof of purchase is not provided. In case of receiving a broken unit, customers must inform us on the same day by calling +91 9038565656 or emailing service@balajisolutions.in. Further instructions will be provided within 24 hours.
- Any product found faulty within the warranty period will be serviced at no extra cost. BSL will determine if a defect can be repaired either through telephone support, at a BSL Service Centre, or by a Branch/ASP technician.
Conditions for Warranty
Warranty is applicable if:
- The product is for personal use.
- The product is within the warranty period.
- A valid purchase invoice/bill (tax paid) is provided during repair.
- Warranty and serial number stickers are intact and not tampered with.
- The product has not been opened or attempted to repair except by FOXIN authorized centers and engineers.
- The product is not damaged, burnt, rusted, water-logged, tampered with, etc.
Warranty Ceases If
- There is any remarking on the product.
- Attempted modification of the actual product.
- Attempted tampering with the FOXIN logo.
- The product is used for commercial purposes.
- Resale of the product after use.
- The product is not used as per instructions or improperly used.
- The product is placed at an unrecommended site for operation.
- Accessories assembled in a system are not sold by FOXIN authorized channels.
- Defects are generated due to conditions/situations beyond control.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy
- For Distributors: 21 days from the date of BSL bill.
Transit Damage Policy
- Transit damage is only considered for direct partners of BSL within 21 days from billing.
- Plastic laminator machine damage due to melt or burn is not covered under warranty.
Warranty Process
Customers, distributors, or dealers must write to service@balajisolutions.in or call +91 9038565656 with product details, contact information, date of invoice, and a valid bill copy to register a complaint. An RMA/Complaint Number will be provided, and further instructions will be given by BSL.
- Product Serial No (must when available) and Customer Category Product Description.
- Name & Contact details.
- Date of Invoice and Dealer/ Distributor Name.
- Valid bill copies and invoices
Return Material Authorization (RMA) Cases
- Cases that do not fall under DOA are considered repair warranty cases.
- Customers will be advised to troubleshoot telephonically, and if the problem persists, they will be requested to visit the nearest BSL Service Branch/ASP.
- If the product cannot be repaired, it will be sent to Kolkata HO for servicing.
- Estimates for out-of-warranty repairs will be provided before actual repair, and if not repaired, the product will be returned at no cost.
- BSL will make sincere repair attempts but cannot guarantee complete restoration.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
- Products with defaced, modified, or removed serial numbers.
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, unauthorized repairs, or transportation damage.

Disclaimer for SSD Storage Devices (SATA, NVMe Products)

Capacity displayed on Solid State Drives (SSDs) and NVMe drives is calculated using decimal measurement (1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes; 1 TB = 1,000,000,000,000 bytes). Actual available user capacity may be lower due to formatting, partitioning, firmware, operating system requirements, and reserved space for performance and reliability functions.

Performance figures, including read/write speeds, IOPS, and latency, are based on internal testing under controlled conditions. Actual performance may vary depending on system configuration, hardware, software, workload, file size, operating conditions, and other factors.
- Endurance ratings (TBW, DWPD, or equivalent) are estimates based on standard testing methodologies and may vary depending on usage patterns and environmental conditions.
- Product specifications, features, firmware, and compatibility are subject to change without prior notice.
- Data stored on SSDs and NVMe drives should be regularly backed up. No storage device is completely immune to data loss, corruption, or failure. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
- Warranty coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable limited warranty and may be affected by exceeding specified endurance limits, unauthorized modifications, misuse, improper installation, or operation outside recommended conditions.
Monitor Defect Pixel Limitation:
Bright pixels + Dark pixels β€ 6 total pixels. Pixels are considered defective if stuck always ON (bright) or always OFF (dark).
SMF Battery Warranty Exclusions:
- Warranty will be void under circumstances such as deep discharge, bulging, reverse charge/overcharge, soldered terminals, etc.
