WarfarinPro is a simple application to help you track your INR levels and Warfarin dose. You and your doctor can easily review your INR levels versus your Warfarin dosage on a graph or a table. Your data is saved on a secure private cloud so that you avoid losing any of your history. Your data on the cloud will never be shared. ++ WarfarinPro was created by Cardiologist Dr. Deepak Bobby Jain MD, FRCT and Hematologist-Oncologist Dr. Michael Palumbo MD, PhD in association with Spera Medical a multi-specialty medical clinic.

Requires iOS 6.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
