A small utility program that places an icon in the system tray (the lower right hand corner of the Windows 95 task bar).WallChanger has the ability to change the desktop wallpaper by simply clicking on the icon. Right-clicking on the WallChanger icon brings up a selection list, allowing you to change numerous settings. WallChanger can be configured to automatically change the wallpaper at a set amount of time. It can also randomly change the wallpaper, or equentially change the wallpaper. The wallpaper can be tiled, centered, or 'Auto-Tiled' based on the size of the image. WallChanger also has the ability to stretch the wallpaper if you have Plus! installed.
