Unfortunately it’s good app in some area and very very bad when it comes to customer service. They are not knowledgeable and they don’t know how to solve problems.
Simplicity always wins the day and this is an excellent example. Easy to customize and configure as well. If you want just a good audio player this is very hard to beat. For me personally I cannot think of anything bad to say which is rare!

Just think about it for a moment: Beloved Winamp is dead, gone, and missed -- take VUPlayer, throw in a few retro stereo skins, and slap a couple add-ons will widen its acceptance, like a crossfade, plus a touchscreen-enabled virtual double vinyl console, a virtual rec-play double-deck cassette and reel-to-reel, and watch at it go as a new audiophile hype. You can always thank me later.
Easy-to-use, effective player with pitch control that doesn't affect tempo, so perfect for accompanying on less perfectly tuned instruments! My compliments to the developers.
I was very impressed by this PC application. Right forward to its purpose, VUplayer lacks the sophistication of many other music players but it is not necessary for a music player that wants to get true pure reproduction. I used *.aiff formats and VUplayer is the best I found out, characteristics like every audiophile would like a most. I recommend it.
