Hi, silly question but is the Upstairs in this package is the same full release as steam?

Love the demo and cant wait to grab the full release, how much does the full release differ from the demo? I'm getting weary in my old age when people will put out a demo that is 1.4gb but when the game gets released its 1.2gb
