In November 2015, Vortex Capital Partners, together with the management team, acquired Riscure, a globally recognized chip security testing lab and provider of advanced security testing tools.
Riscure holds market-leading positions in areas such as mobile payments, digital content protection, and IoT security. The company operates from offices in Delft (The Netherlands), San Francisco (USA), and Shanghai (China), serving a global client base of technology providers and security experts.
In 2024, Vortex successfully exited Riscure through its acquisition by Keysight Technologies, a US-based leader in design and test solutions.
