i thought i recognized the name. you did indeed apply lessons learned here in sin spire. went from something of a frenni clone into something much more enjoyable.
one bit of advice though: try playing through your own game before you release it. it becomes a lot less fun doing 10 floors 3 or more times to make progress. especially with the time investment of doing 10 floors a single time.
just because it's not hit you in something else using the engine does not mean it is not a standard engine bug. just pick a unity title and google it with "camera will not stop spinning."
anyhow, you may need to fully uninstall the controller.
also, to be clear, /any/ input device can do this outside of mouse and keyboard. this is why i mentioned VR. if you have /any/ other input devices, disconnect and uninstall them.

server maintenance is not the same thing. i'm not talking about the ability to play the game. i'm talking about the availability of the files for download.
not the title's presence in your library. not even the ability to launch the program.
the availability of the files from the download page. that is the issue at hand.
and i VERY much doubt you tried to download the game the one day it was missing. you've spent more than 3x as much time arguing with me on if the thing that happened happened.
yes, the dev was being sarcastic. what the dev did not count on was this action was my goal. the sarcasm did not matter, because regardless of sarcasm, the files were made available again.
that you understand is of no matter. the dev knew what i was talking about and remedied the situation.
no one said anything about things being removed from the library. i even confirmed in the last post that i was talking about the files available for download.
i'll spell it out for you in plain english:
the dev decided to remove the files for download that we purchased, planning to replace them sometime this week with the updated demo.
this means that the title would still be in your inventory, but when you click "download," the page you are directed to would inform you "the author has not made any files available for download yet."
i complained, and the dev replaced the old files, which presumably will be replaced later this week. i was satisfied with this outcome.
then you barge in telling me that the files were always there.
and the final point informs me you were not aware that a title could be in your library but not have any files available to download. keep that in mind for the future.
you did not check at the right time, because i would not have said anything if there had been the old files available for download.
and yes, the link at the very top of the page is just the method i was referencing. when i made my post, the page that link lands you on said "sorry, the author has not made any files available yet."
perhaps you're missing "the paid version has been removed for the time being." posted by the dev.
then the dev telling me he added them back.
you do not have to lie to kick it, my fiend. i would not have posted anything in the first place if there were no interruption in file availability.
this might sound crazy to you, but this is not about the latest content or whatever. i know you're probably used to comment goblins screaming for updates.... that's not my point.
my point is that i've paid money, and this page should never, at any time, tell me "the author has not made any files available for download."
as for not updating this page, that's your prerogative, but it really shows what you think of the people who have already given you money to not update the paid downloads to point to the new demo /when it is ready./

in the redesign of interactions that the dungeon court has brought, it seems XP bars were lost.
characters get exp passively by being assigned to rooms. i assume either they get a little bit of EXP per time passed, or they get a little bit on room production. i lean toward the latter as my characters assigned to slower producing rooms seem to stay lower levels.
characters gain exp when they kill another character in combat.
characters also gain exp when returning from a mission to the surface. they get more if they succeed in their task. i find this to be the most reliable, timely, and efficiant form of leveling characters.
combat is slow, sacrifices prisoners for corpses, and can only apply to one character at a time. passive room assignment exp is waaaaay too slow, even with all the positive traits that apply.
that is not any kind of message i've seen in this game.
there's a bunch of social interactions that are not yet implemented, and a goodly chunk will probably be implemented on the next patch. interactions involving multiple characters and furniture might take a while longer than everything else, as they'd have to be animated.
from the screenshots, i do not think that is a "table." i also do not think that item is actually in the game.
the "table" has the same kind of progress HUD the milking machine has. i'd normally think it was the flat BDSM rack, but i cannot think of another item that has the same little screen/ HUD thingie the milking machine has.
but take this with a grain of salt, it's been a while since i've played keep her when raid her was the last project updated.
have to have the store to have access to the market in the first place. more of that room will not change the store's inventory.
if you have 5 farm plots, you have 5 buildings producing flowers.
i do not know that the shop's inventory can be manipulated like this. it's generally pure RNG. if anything affects it, it's restocking more of the same thing if you buy them out... but that might just be observational bias.
i'm also not sure a table is actually a prop that can spawn in the shop. i know keepherdev has the assets, as they are used in dungeon raid her, but i cannot actually ever remember seeing one in the shop, myself.
a couple of more:
after the trip to the city ruins with zea, my backpack was missing.
after the bombardment starts, my locker in my room of the strip club was emptied.
sleeping in the sewers somehow made me wake up with my feet on the ceiling.
in the sewers, an NPC requesting the player follow them to initiate sex cannot path to the spot they selected.
not a bug:
i'd suggest redesigning the interior of the headquarters building in the ruins such that invisible walls are not necessary, and that the darkness respected my helmet light as a light.
discovered some bugs:
in zea's quest for her shirt, we check the slums. in the slums, i saw an NPC running up on me, so i preemptively threw them down. zea's search ended while i was in the sex animation, and after the dialog completed i was removed from the sex interface. i was still locked into sex with the NPC, but i lost all abilities to interact with anything. there was no way to cancel sex.
when an inventory screen is active, you can exit it by hitting "esc" and selecting options. if you do this a few times, inventory breaks: the mouse cursor is lost, no items display in the inventory, and the only way to exit the inventory screen is to again hit ESC and select options. I had this happen while trying to manage an NPC's inventory, and the result was being stuck in the "hello" dialog screen (without the dialog interface,) with no way to interact with anything.
it seems like pregnancy can be overwritten by orgasm/ partner orgasm. unsure if this is merely visual or also tied to actual pregnancy stage, i'll pay closer attention to it next time it happens.
first, there's currently no time limit, the game lasts until you feel like not playing anymore.
second, the most reliable source of flowers is the garden room that you can build, check your production building research screen to spend research points to unlock it.
the second most reliable source is the shop. there is a very good chance there's at least one kind of flower on sale every store refresh, though i do usually see 3-5 kinds on average.
there's a chance for petals to be loot when sending servants to the surface to search for treasure, i'm pretty sure.
finally, there's a very small chance loot can be found when excavating a new room, and an even lower chance when a servant enters a room. one of the possible rewards is flowers. i only list this as a possibility, these two methods are not reliable or sustainable.
spamming "how are you" is the fastest way. giving them items also works, like manually feeding and washing them. gift items are specifically for this purpose, the things like "trinkets."
they'll also gain it over time if they are prisoners, based off of the keeper/ warden's level and/ or stats, and if they have the warden boosting trait.
the crying status is caused by current mind points being too low. 0-2 if i remember correct.
out of combat, this should fix itself on the next regeneration tick, provided you do not have a character with the "scary" trait wandering around or assigned to a room in main pathways causing mental damage. (the scary trait causes mind damage whenever this character encounters other characters.)
in combat, the only way to clear the condition is using a move or item that restores mind. these methods also work out of combat.
in the past, there was a bug where the event queue broke, preventing any further regeneration ticks. if you see this, please report it. another symptom was pregnancies that do not end.
last patch, so far as i've seen, fixed this bug, so i'm putting my money on the cause being a "scary" character.
