- Hard work beats talent every single time.
- Small teams outperform big teams. Less coordination, more execution.
- Humans massively overthink. Action is what cuts through the noise.
- Making mistakes is part of the game. If you are not f#cking up, you are not pushing hard enough.
- People forgot how to communicate and actually discuss. The world is overly polarized. Show genuine interest and talk like a human.
- Excellence is focused hard work toward a clearly defined, limited dimension, with concrete and measurable goals.
- It is much easier to work on things that genuinely excite you. For that reason, big things often feel easier than small, boring ones.
- Getting your hands dirty with real projects is 1000x more important than learning theory. You will be forced to learn the theory anyway.
- Motivation without discipline is useless. Discipline without motivation is empty. You need both.
