Although I love iconing and graphics editing, I know I have a long way to go before I become skilled in it. I'd love to hear some feedback on how I'm doing, especially styles and colour choices. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, so please share your tips!

If you have a specific fandom, or a style of iconing you'd like to see more often, post it here! I love discovering new series, and I'll definitely check out any recommendations. Same goes with graphics like manga panels or screencaps. Post them here with an idea of what (colours, etc) you'd like done and I'd be happy to take a stab at it.

[POLL] your opinions - screencaps?

So anyone watching this community may have noticed that I've really gotten into screencapping various anime series, and I hope to continue to do them regularly as well as taking requests. My question is, do you like seeing screencap posts like this and this in the community, or would you prefer to see a separate comm set up for only caps? Eventually I'd be interested in garnering help from other people for capping whole series, so I thought it might be easier to have a comm.

Second question, related to the first! If I end up putting the screencap posts in a new community, what are your thoughts on making the comm members-only? Meaning you'd have to join the comm to see the posts, that is. It'd be open membership, so there wouldn't be any wait to join, but it would discourage some of the non-LJ people from ganking the caps to use elsewhere.
