Join the mindful movement for inner peace through meditation in motion.
Meditation is not a test of enlightened beings sitting arduously on top of a mountain. It is one of many pathways to deepen anyone's contemplation, concentration, and comprehension of themselves.
I invite you to (re) experience meditation through movement practices molded by Buddhist and Taoist monks across the centuries.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this for me? Each session of meditation in motion is conducted in a safe space for people with all levels of experience with mindfulness and movement practices. Each session includes greetings, warm-up, breathing exercises, movement sequences, contemplative meditation, and final thoughts.

How much is it? First session = 60 minutes of your time. Subsequent sessions = 60 minutes + R$150 {meditation studio rent + transportation + learning resources (books + website fees)}. Bring a friend = 50% off your next session.

Where and when should I go? The Bl4ck Gym, Rua Antônio de Albuquerque 335, Savassi, Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 10am. Additional locations and times are in the works. Send me an e-mail if you are interested in practicing at a different location, time or online.

What should I bring? All you need to bring is yourself, a bit of patience and a reusable water bottle.
