As a Registered Provisional Psychologist and dedicated Canadian Certified Counsellor with many years of psychology and counselling experience, I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals and supporting families through life’s challenges.

My focus includes self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and family dynamics. I work to help individuals and families build resilience, foster strong connections, and achieve lasting well-being.

Under the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, I am eligible to see clients in Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.

With extensive experience in family systems, I work with families to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and nurture stronger, healthier relationships.
