Evaluated the impact of hospital admission rates, outpatient provider influence, and birth location on vaccine administration. Used Python (Pandas, SciPy, Matplotlib) for data processing, statistical testing, and visualization.

2. Lyme Disease Project: Examined 127 patient records to determine how inflammatory markers (ESR & CRP) influenced treatment outcomes in Lyme arthritis. Found ESR levels significantly linked to requiring a second course of antibiotics, while CRP and NSAID usage had minimal impact. Applied Python (Pandas, Matplotlib, SciPy) for data analysis, hypothesis testing, and visualization.

The project aims to determine if the location of epileptiform spike onset is determined by triangulation (The NIH methods) corresponds with sites where fast ripples precede epileptiform spikes more than chance. This tests the hypothesis that fast ripples can prime epileptiform spikes to occur next.
