Exercise
Ya know, I just feel better when I exercise. It may stink getting dressed for it, getting myself there, and working through the uncomfortable stages along the way in my routine, but it does get easier. And I do love the way I feel afterwards as I'm heading for a shower.
I find it easier to exercise in the afternoon or evening than before work. Maybe it's the darkness at O-dark-AM, or the chill in the air. We'll see what the summertime brings, when it's actually nicer to exercise outdoors before it turns into a humid oven.
Any tips on "pushing through the pain" (albeit not the type of pain you'd see a doctor for) during exercise/training would be appreciated :)
My sleepiness this morning, however, is due to staying up too late with my friend TiVO... where IS my coffee mug?!?
