Don't turn off your PC. This will take a while.
1. Set update time — Enter how many minutes the update should appear to run.
2. Set start % — Choose what percentage the counter starts from.
3. Go fullscreen — Click anywhere on the blue preview card, or the fullscreen icon, or "Full Screen" in the footer.
Stop — Press Esc at any time to exit the update screen.
Set — Click Set to apply your settings and restart the counter.
The counter intentionally bounces back to a lower number before reaching 100 — the update never finishes on its own!
A realistic fake Windows Update screen simulator that mimics the look of a genuine Windows 10 or Windows 11 update — with the authentic rotating dots spinner, percentage counter, and Microsoft-style UI.
Configure the total update duration and starting percentage, then go fullscreen to convincingly prank anyone watching your screen.
Built with pure HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. No frameworks. No tracking. No data collected.
Disclaimer: This is a fake simulator for entertainment and prank purposes only. It does not modify your operating system, install any software, or perform any real Windows updates. All progress shown is entirely simulated and fictional.
