Video Workstation

Video Workstation is a program that can convert video files to the AVI format.
It is able to load video files with the most popular formats (MPG, MPEG, VCD, WMV, ASF, MOV, MP4, 3GP, RM, RMVB).

Then, it will convert them into AVI video files, using the encoder that you choose. Video Workstation can even convert AVI files created using an encoder to another AVI created with another encoder.

You can change the size of the video while converting it between formats.

The program can also split videos in several parts, or join several parts in a single video. It can also change the audio of any video file.

You can also capture video frames as photos, in any format.

The program includes a full featured image editor, that can be useful to edit cover images for your videos, or the captured frames.

If you are using Windows Seven, you may have to run Video Workstation in Windows XP SP2 Compatibility Mode, otherwise the program will hang when converting videos.

The unregistered version of this program will allow you to convert just two videos.
