I paid for the Video Wallpaper and everytime I reboot it keeps prompting me for the registration code. The developer certainly doesn't make it easy to find a way to contact them about the issue. The emails received are from the 3rd party payment service which has nothing to do with supporting the product.
I payed for this program because it kept nagging me to buy it, so I payed 22.93 Euro to push entertainment but the activation code they sent to me is too long and so I can not activate it.
I immediately send support an email and asked them for a refund. I hope they will give me back my money. Did you or anyone else have good or bad experiences with this company?
