VidCrop

As its name implies, VidCrop is an application that will help you crop your video files. With this program, you can manually select any part of your video file and crop it.

The application comes with a media player that will let you watch your videos and preview any changes you perform to the original files. It also lets you zoom your video files to their maximum and keep only that part as the output video file.
The input formats supported by this program are AVI, MP4, MPG, MOV, WMV and ASF. Afrer cropping your video files, you can save them in the AVI or WMV format. You can also convert the input files into animated GIF files.
