About the program:
Feed mill operations are facing increasing complexity due to higher productivity demands, tighter quality requirements, and growing skill gaps caused by workforce turnover. Traditional training methods are no longer sufficient to prepare operators for safe, efficient, and consistent plant operation.
This technical seminar introduces the concept of Operator Training Simulation (OTS) as a flight simulator for process operators, built on high fidelity process models derived from real plant engineering and operational data. Participants will gain insight into how realistic virtual plants enable effective theoretical and practical training, performance evaluation, and continuous learning.
The seminar further explores how Copilot AI, integrated with OTS and live operational data, enhances operator decision making in areas such as production throughput, smart maintenance, and performance monitoring. By combining human expertise with digital intelligence, feed mills can achieve smarter operations, improved safety, and sustainable growth.
The session is designed for process engineers, operations managers, automation specialists, and digital transformation leaders seeking practical, scalable approaches to operational readiness in modern feed mills.
