Initial Discussion

Comprehensive Market Discovery

Following our initial meeting, we develop a comprehensive market survey based on your space needs, building requirements, functionality specifications, locational preferences and human capital, and budget. Narrowing the search to the most optimal locations-  factoring into account lease concessions and identifying potential economic incentives.

Streamlined Market Tour

Our team will coordinate property tours, saving your time to focus on your core business. We personally escort you through the top locations and conclude with a detailed debrief, outlining the pros and cons of each property without having an interest in promoting one building over another.

Proposal Draft and Submission

Customized requests for proposals will be drafted and submitted to the landlords of the most suitable properties. Once responses are received, we’ll review a detailed deal term summary with you- comparing and contrasting space options, lease concessions, and available incentives. From there, we’ll continue to negotiate and proceed with drafting comprehensive letters of intent for your top choices.

Deal Negotiation

Our team will confirm that the business terms align with the finalized letter of intent and seamlessly coordinate any necessary meetings with legal counsel for both parties and facilitate the completion of the final agreement without delay.

Continued Communication

After the final agreement has been completed and your company has moved into your new space, we will reconnect with you to ensure that you are satisfied and that all commitments have been fulfilled.
