verify.nexart.io is the independent verification surface for Certified Execution Records (CERs). Anyone can verify a record by certificate hash, execution ID, or by uploading a CER bundle, without an account or API key.

What this portal verifies

• Certificate hash matches the canonical record contents.
• Attestation signature (Ed25519) is valid.
• Verification envelope matches the certified payload.
• Record structure is internally consistent.

Verification outcomes

• Verified — record passed all required cryptographic checks.
• Not Verifiable — required proof material is missing.
• Failed Verification — record does not match its certified state.
