A New Day...

10:17pm: A year and a half later...
Here's another post. Hope whoever is left on my friends list is doing swell :)

8:39pm: I am living and all that good jazz. Been off of work for 2 days because of snow...yay!

I'm teaching kids, being the graduate assistant, taking classes, teaching workshops, doing homework. Fun times.

I miss everyone on here, cause it seems like I really don't have a chance to read about anyone or talk to them anymore :-( Its been fun catching up on some posts for the past hour. Take care guys

3:35pm: Why cant she be at MY house?

9:45am: Observation
Before I leave work, I have everything ready for the next day. Yesterday we had meetings that went over, so I was like oh, I will do it tomorrow.

3 times per year, we have observations that last for an hour from the assistant principal and principal. The first one is announced when and the others are not.

Well today I had one :-) I was headed to the office to take the attendance and get some water when I passed by the asst. and she said she was on her way down to observe. She stopped by another classroom so I went sprinting back down to my room to have prayer meeting with those little demons...they had been wild ALL morning.

I get back in there and I am like...look. I have an observation and because I was supposed to give an assessment during the time they have for reading, I didnt have a reading lesson planned...and well they dont like u to give tests during observations.

I proceeded to tell them I was gonna teach them what I taught them yesterday and that it was a game. They were supposed to listen to what I said better than yesterday and be really nice while Mrs. Scott was in there. If they dare mentioned that this was what they did yesterday, then they would lose the game. That was the only rule.

Lesson went pretty well, especially since it was my second time teaching it, but some of the kids were quite bad and we had a prayer meeting afterwards.

I need Thanksgiving break soooooooooooooooo badly.

6:52am: I am finished with American Idol. Last night majorly pissed me off.

12:04am: ok, its after midnight and I am a bit intoxicated at the bear run. Going back to get more drinks after a quick warmer wardrobe change. Its funnny that this guy with a cute british accent comes up to me and tells me my car is illegally parked.

It wasnt illegally parked, cause I am staying at the other hotel. He recognized my car from LJ and me as well, ...it was bigbenleyland. He is a cute guy :-P

Ok so nback off to the festivities with twolf29910. Have fun :-)

6:47am: It was 6:14am...I roll over and realize I have to pee so badly I can hardly get up. I roll over to the edge of the bed to turn off my alarm since it hadn't went off yet and plop. I rolled one too many times :-)

In other news off to Myrtle Beach in about 4.5 hours

8:52pm: Little pissed at the moment. Was paying bills online and decided to browse over my cingular account. My normal phone bill is like 110 a month, which isn't bad. Back when I was in college and over the summer, I talked a bunch and the 1300 minutes a month was needed. Life happened, I got a job, more friends with cingular (we talk free) and I end up using around 300-500 anytime minutes a month. I now have 8,233 roll over minutes. I am thinking thats cool. I will switch plans, save around 30 bucks a month and IF I were to go over I have a nice chunk of rollover.

For some reason I couldn't change my plan online, so I call them up and tell them I wanna switch plans. He informs me their new policy is that if you go DOWN in plans, you have to do a new 2 year contract AND you lose your rollover minutes. If you go up, things are as normal. I was like no thanks, just leave it and when my contract runs out in a few months, I'll just change providers.

I don't know that I will change providers, as I like Cingular pretty well, but that f'in sucks.

10:52pm: Doing better, just tired

Oh, its official. I've been single for 2 years, tonight...and I'm doin' ok.

8:40pm: Work then to get allergy shots as i have done for the past 3 years.

Got the shots, made it to the receptionist counter and something wasn't right. I felt all tingly and told the chick who gave me the shots. The next thing I new I was getting all kinds of epi injections in my arms and ass. My throat was swelling together, I Could barely speak and breathe and my face and eyes were swelling together.

Ambulance came, followed by my mother, took me to the hospital. A couple IV's and some medicine later I am ok, just very drained and sore. Oh and btw, they told me to quit the allergy shots. What a day.

8:54pm: Now, I love Celine, but I am going to be laying off of her for a while. It seems as though her music can be a bit depressing...not exactly what I need right now.
