02What you get

Clear checkpoints — not a black box

Every project ships with visible milestones: staging links, logs, or test calls you can verify before go-live.

  • Written scope before paid work starts
  • Milestones you approve phase by phase
  • Handoff docs so you keep domains, repos, and access

Stack and tooling flex to your budget — we match what you already use where possible.

03Services

What we help with

Seven lanes — web, SEO, IT, Linux, VPN, VoIP, and consulting. Each service page lists the full scope; here is the map.

04How it works

From first message to kickoff

How you start working with us — from first message through written scope to phased kickoff. Light on meetings, clear on next steps.

  1. Send a brief

Tell us the outcome you want — not every technical detail. We ask follow-ups if something is missing.

    Includes

    • What is broken or missing today
    • Timeline and any hard deadlines
    • Links, screenshots, or stack if you have them
  2. Review written scope

You get deliverables, assumptions, and price in plain language. Proceed only when it matches what you need.

    Includes

    • Deliverables and what “done” looks like
    • Fixed quote or phased estimate
    • Optional call if the brief needs a walkthrough
  3. Start in agreed phases

Work runs in milestones with staging or check-ins you can verify. Handoff notes cover access and everyday tasks.

    Includes

    • Phases you approve before the next starts
    • Staging links, test calls, or logs to review
    • Docs on domains, repos, backups, and keys

First reply within one business day. No card required for the initial scope conversation.

Professional websites for individuals and businesses (from marketing sites to more custom builds, depending on scope), remote IT support and helpdesk-style troubleshooting, server and cloud basics where agreed, and business VoIP (IP phones, PBX platforms like FreePBX, Asterisk, or 3CX, SIP trunks, and cutover planning). If something is outside our experience, we say so early.
Mostly solo operators, small businesses, and lean teams that do not have a full-time IT department but still need reliable sites and systems. We work remotely with clients in different countries when time zones and access are workable.
Cost depends on pages, design source (template vs custom), integrations (forms, booking, payments), and who provides copy and images. A simple brochure site costs less than deep custom software. After a short brief we give a fixed quote or phased estimate — not a generic number without context.
Small marketing sites often fall in the few-week range when content and approvals move quickly; larger or integration-heavy builds take longer. The timeline in your proposal is tied to milestones (e.g. design lock, content freeze, launch) so delays are visible, not mysterious.
Yes — that is the default. Domains, DNS, and hosting accounts should be in your name or a company you control. We document handover: repository access, environment variables, backup location, and admin logins you need to keep.
You describe the issue (screenshots and steps help). We triage remotely: access checks, logs, patches, or config fixes as appropriate. For ongoing needs we can use a small monthly retainer with agreed hours and response expectations; for one-off problems we quote or bill time-boxed work. We are not a 24/7 NOC unless that is explicitly contracted.
Break-fix means you reach out when something is wrong and we quote or bill for that piece of work. A retainer is a predictable monthly agreement for a bucket of hours or agreed tasks (patching windows, small changes, monitoring checks). Retainers suit steady workloads; break-fix suits rare issues.
Useful topics: keeping existing numbers (porting timeline), how many extensions and concurrent calls you need, desk phones vs softphones, internet upload speed at each site, firewall and QoS requirements, and business-hours vs after-hours routing. We help you work through these before choosing hardware or trunks.
Usually yes, through your carrier or SIP provider’s porting process. There is paperwork (LOA) and a scheduled cutover. We test inbound and outbound before removing the old service and keep a rollback path for critical lines when possible.
Yes. The initial conversation and light triage are free. We do not ask for payment details just to talk. If we both want to proceed, the next step is a written scope and quote for paid work.
Email and async updates are default; we schedule calls when needed. Urgent VoIP or production issues are handled in agreed windows. Response time for new enquiries is typically within one business day — not an SLA unless your contract says otherwise.
Least-privilege access, strong passwords or keys, documented services and ports, and backups where we touch servers. We do not promise “unhackable” systems — no one can — but we apply sensible defaults and call out risks you control (e.g. user devices, ISP quality for VoIP).
