Now with even more efficiency and durability, V-Series whips have been upgraded to include a stabilizing central axis, convenient wire opening for easier cleaning and a tip hub to secure the heavy duty wires. This change has been implemented on the V40 and will roll out to all other models.

Recipient of the 2025 What's Hot, What's cool award presented by NAFEM, Varimixer was one of 8 Middleby brands recognized for their innovation. The award-winning ERGO mixer was on display in the Middleby booth and in the What's Hot, What's Cool product showcase.

The ERGO series received a 2024 Kitchen Innovation Award by the National Restaurant Association. Recognized for its innovation in ingress protection, the ERGO boasts an IP53 water resistance rating with an option IP54 waterproof upgrade.
