The Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival returns to the Garden with Sakura Days Japan Fair this spring. Celebrate all things Japan and immerse yourself in Japanese culture with Japanese food and beverages, cultural performances, music, art, and more – there’s something for all ages.

A special event ticket is required for entry. Garden Members receive discounted rates with proof of membership.

Join us on April 25 & 26 for complimentary refreshments, a special chance to share both VanDusen Garden and Bloedel Conservatory with a friend for free, and a member-exclusive after hours at VanDusen from 5 pm – 6 pm!

Following more than 40 years on the Great Lawn, the Plant Sale returns at a smaller scale to the Floral Hall zone with select thematic collections of Temperate Trees, Shrubs, Perennials, and Food Plants from around the world.
