Career in Compliance & Operations
Ed joined the Values First Advisors team in 2012. As the chief compliance officer, he is responsible to oversee the compliance program of the firm. As the operations manager, he works to ensure smooth and efficient operation of various processes that contribute to the day-to-day services provided to the firm and its clients.
Compliance isn’t just paperwork—it’s a structural expression of trustworthiness. For Ed, that kind of reliability is simply part of who he is. For more than a decade, colleagues and clients alike have relied on his steady commitment to doing things the right way.
Personal Life
When he’s not in the office, Ed enjoys spending time with his wife, Robin, and their four wonderful children, playing golf, exercising, and rooting for The Ohio State Buckeyes.
