Value Stream Mapping

Value Stream Mapping is a ConceptDraw PRO v9 add-on that provides templates, samples and vector shapes for drawing Value Stream Maps (VSM).

The Value Stream Maps visualize for a manufacturing plant the material and information flow required to deliver a product/service to customers. They are used in lean manufacturing methodology to analyze and identify the process improvement opportunities that are available.
