Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley will cease providing Outpatient Services-Cardiac Rehab, Physical Medicine, and Speech Therapy located at 1119 E. Stanley Blvd-Lifestyle Rx, Livermore, CA 94550, effective June 13, 2026. All Outpatient Services-Cardiac Rehab, Physical Medicine, and Speech Therapy will be relocated to 1015 E. Stanley Blvd., Livermore, CA 94550, ensuring continued access to care in the local community.
On July 13, 2026, Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley will cease providing Outpatient Services-Pre-Op Testing at 5565 W. Las Positas Blvd., Suite 110B, Pleasanton, CA 94588. The last patient day at that location will be July 10, 2026. As of July 13, 2026, the Stanford Health Care-Anesthesia Preoperative Evaluation Clinic at Tri-Valley, located at 1133 E. Stanley Blvd., Livermore, CA 94550, can provide similar outpatient preoperative testing services for patients receiving surgery at a Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley hospital-licensed location.
