Fluorescence and LED on lions:
Low lighting used in both to bring out visual effects, interferes with the performers ability to see. Footwork is limited - twitching in place for the most part makes for a dull act. Best to keep to the traditional showcasing for them.
Fluorescence and LED on dragons:
Fluorescence doesn't hamper performers. Greatly enhances the dragon. With performers 'blacked out', the dance takes on an ethereal air. Truly beautiful.
LED also doesn't hamper. Has a very dramatic effect, brings out the dragon's 'wild side' . Although impressive, this is better suited for a parade/party atmosphere. Look into sending a dragon topside.
