I went to their Web Store, "purchased" their software, then attempted to log-in to their web portal. WHAT A TOTAL DISASTER. I set up an account, which they require, and then attempted to log-in, MANY, MANY TIMES. It failed every time and now I'm locked out of an account I JUST CREATED. Is it so difficult to do this?? This entire process was created by a crazy person. If the software is this unfriendly it will be a VERY short-lived relationship. AND NO, I WILL NOT REQUEST HELP or SUPPORT ON SOCIAL MEDIA!!
