This plugin makes it easy to apply the new EU cookie law to your website.
When a visitor enter your site for the first time, it opens an popup that always stays in the top of the browser, even when scolling.
If a user does not accept, he/she will be redirected to the previously url, if none, you can chooce the redirection url.
