Booking Index – Booking Form Field Filters
Operators can now filter bookings using predefined “Booking Form Fields” responses, directly from the Booking Index page. This update allows to quickly locate bookings based on structured form responses such as dropdown or checkbox selections (for example: events, meal preference, need assistance).

Previously, finding bookings with specific form responses often required opening bookings individually or exporting reports. With this update, operators can now:
- Filter bookings using selected booking form field values
- Quickly locate bookings based on customer selections made during booking
- Reduce time spent manually searching through bookings
Improvements
Credit card detection accuracy: Refined credit card detection logic to reduce false positives, preventing non-credit card data (such as phone numbers or dates) from being incorrectly flagged.
Contact updates from Distribution bookings: Booking contact updates from distribution partners are now processed more reliably, ensuring customer information stays accurate when updates are received.
Improved API credential continuity: API credentials are no longer removed if the staff member who created them is archived. Credentials now remain active to prevent unexpected connection disruptions.
Fixes
Resolved issue that caused a “Page Not Found” error during waiver completion, ensuring waivers can be completed without interruption.
Fixed an issue that skipped the first timeslot in monthly availability shared with distribution partners, ensuring accurate availability distribution.
Resolved issue that prevented certain guests from appearing on Schedule grid's session drawer when multiple waiver documents were linked, ensuring accurate guest visibility when managing bookings.
