UnityPDF

UnityPDF has a very simple and quick merging PDF files feature. You can also split files, extract pages, insert one file into another, etc.

The program can protect your documents by adding a password for opening them and/or restrict to print, and to copy or extract content. Editing of metadata is also possible.
