I made this coloring a few weeks ago..
I think its pretty useable for pictures with a good quality e.g. photoshootings.
hope you like it.. here you go :)

(You don´t have to accomplish the first and the second step, it depends on the picture you use and on your own taste, i like it that way.)

1. First crop/sharp etc. your picture and then duplicate your base two times!
Set the first one to "Screen" and the second one to "Soft light".

(Now this step is going to make a huge difference.. at least it made it on my Kristen pictures :D)
2.Take the eraser-tool and erase the skin of your charakter. (See what I meant.. i hope so :D )

3. Go to "Layer" and make a "New Adjuments Layer" with "Hue/Saturation"; then set the following:

Master:
• Saturation: -13

4. Color fill: #6f6f6f
» Set to "Color Burn"; Opacity: 20%

5. Color fill: #3e9ace
» Set to "Linear Burn"; Opacity: 6%

6. Go to "Layer" and make a "New Adjuments Layer" with "Brightness/Contrast"; then set the following:

• Brightness: 7
• Contrast: 40

7. Go to "Layer" and make a "New Adjuments Layer" with "Color Balance"; then set the following:

Shadow: +11|0|+9
Midtones: +13|4|0
Highlights: -31|0|+20

8. Go to "Layer" and make a "New Adjuments Layer" with "Hue/Saturation"; then set the following:

Master:
• Hue: +6
• Saturation: +18

• Lightness: 0

» After that, set the Opacity to 90%

9. Color fill: #6e4e51
» Set to "Lighten"; Opacity: 63%

and you are done! :D
