[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]European experts working in the areas of prevention, early diagnosis, sensitivity and resistance to therapy, paediatric cancer, cancer and ageing, and survivorship, have been invited to apply through an open call to be part of the Expert Working Groups (EWG)<\/i> of UNCAN.eu. Based on criteria of scientific productivity, relevant expertise and career-stage, 50 experts were selected per research area, ensuring to the extent possible a balance of gender and geographic representation. Members of the EWGs from the European countries represented above participated in a two-round Delphi consensus process (one per area) to prioritize the research items of the highest relevance within each area of research.
