Robust cable and top-notch performance
If you're using a standalone VR headset but still want to maximize its performance, this cable is the right choice. I use it myself for PCVR purposes and notice that everything runs more smoothly. Image, tracking, load times – it feels as if the headset gets more room to perform.
What immediately stood out to me was the build quality. The cable feels sturdy, without being rigid. You can easily guide it while playing, and it doesn't get caught or pull on the headset. You can tell this isn't a cheap solution, but something that has been well thought out. At home, I use a cable management system that runs through the ceiling with this cable. It works very well.
What I'm most impressed by is the data throughput. Everything runs smoothly and without any delay. Even with graphically demanding games or complex applications, the connection remains stable. This instills confidence, especially if you're going to use the headset for graphically demanding games or applications.
In my opinion, this cable is not only a recommendation for now, but also for future standalone headsets. You just know that you're set for the time being with this.
