[For once, you get a video of Phonos, dressed in a men's white button-down shirt and black boxers, sitting awkwardly in the computer chair.]

Certainly I cannot attend work like this. What am I meant to tell them?

So many of you seem inflicted with laziness. Perhaps it is the effect of Their influence, but then why do I feel so much the same? It is possible that only some are affected; that information would be contradictory to the month's earlier activities, however, and inconsistent in a way that is inconsistent with Their general disorder. Even disorder has patterns to be detected.

Valentine's Day is traditionally celebrated on February 14th in this America. In Japan, I have learned, Valentine's Day is celebrated on the same day, but in a different fashion. Women treat men to gifts and affections on Valentine's Day. March 14th, however, is White Day, where it is then men who give gifts and affections to women. Why does this America not have such a similar custom?

I expect because they fear being accused of discrimination. That seems to be a common theme here.

None the less, it would be more interesting to observe. Particularly given the.. peculiar events of Valentine's Day.

This is not death. This is.. something else. Something else. Someone... tell me how I am supposed to get to my home, because.. [He actually laughs a little.] I.. do not know where it is.

Friends. I do not understand the need. I recently read an article on social psychology of American individuals. It was said that people are prone to join groups. It began as an evolutionary imperative, but now remains as a way to accomplish goals, gain prestige, and potentially to gain access to share resources. The cost, however, is a drain on your own time, energy, and resources as well as potentially conflicting views that you are expected to accept; 'norms,' they are called. Rules of how you are to behave as a part of this group. Most do not even acknowledge the concepts of deinviduation or groupthink, both such demeaning effects of group membership.

Tell me, then, why does one join a group? Why does one possess or gain friends?

The police are baffled by a series of homicides which suggest a serial killer, but which do not share the same modus operandi or victimology, or indicate any sign of a need for trophies or sexual release. They are calling this potential single killer the New York City Phantom. I suppose I understand their need to sensationalize, even if I believe the name Murder appropriate.

Christmas is bordering on ridiculous. Commercialism aside, the customs all originate from different religions and cultures and many have been perverted by time. Trees were meant to hang upside-down and the Saint Nicholas rescued children from a butcher, not gave them presents. Trust Americans to Slaughter traditions in order to corrupt the matters to a form for their own adolescent nation.

The corpses only make me desire fresh blood. Thanatos stole from me my last pursuit.

Also, from whom did I receive this "Murder by Numbers"? I wish to thank them.

Why are certain members of the complex so concerned by the movement of their rooms or the machines in the hall? Once you adapt, it should be tolerable.

For those enjoying the games: Realize that there exists, as I discussed with Lord Hades, a "Gambler's Fallacy." That is, your statistical likelihood of profit is (X-Z)/Y, where X=the total number of winning combinations, Y=the total number of possible combinations, and Z=the total number of winning combinations less than AB (where A=the cost of playing and B=the number of plays you have already made). This equation remains constant per play; your statistical likelihood of profit decreases over time and your likelihood of winning a specific spin remains consistent. In this way, they are more likely to cost you money than to gain you any and there is no strategy involved which may rectify this.

For those who were interested, I only have two images of the decorations. I was not allowed to take any within the lab. This is my director's office. This is the tree in the break room; my coworkers were amused by the white tree with red ornaments, though I am not entirely certain why.

The decorations went well. Thank you.

Added later: Meet me in Central Park tonight. I want you to help me guide a soul to peace.
