Well - I am still just a few weeks shy of completing the last course, but through some very good fortune I now have a job in the field, and I'm grateful every day. Specifically, I work in quality assurance for a tech firm, testing software and features of it. I live in fear every day that they'll discover I'm actually stupid and fire me, but so far so good.<br /><br />I also have finally moved into my new place!!! I had signed the lease back in August, but the move-in date wasn't until October 1. It's a small and cozy apartment (which I promptly filled with cats by the names of Maya and Lola - two 8 year old sisters, cream-point and blue-point Siamese respectively), and right on the subway line which, for a suburbanite who just wanted to live within city limits, is such a dream.<br /><br />One last update - have you watched and/or read Outlander? Because if not, OH MY GOD, DO IT. I'm just about to finish the first book, and haven't watched season 4 yet. I am avoiding spoilers for both so I haven't gone to tumblr tags for it or anything, so I'm dying and have no one to talk to about it. It's so good!!!!! While I used to go down fandom rabbit holes easily, it's a bit rarer these days - but this one just captivated me so much.
